Can you tell the year of an old harley frame by the casting numbers?

can anybody tell me how to determin the year of a BT harley frame by the motormount casting numbers; front motor mount 47664-48 this was a swingarm, but has been changed to a hardtail, so there are no rear frame s but this frame has the original neck Keylock built in from what I gathered the neck lock was used between 1958 to 69. these frames had no V.I.N s any acurate info is heavily apreciated!!!Can you tell the year of an old harley frame by the casting numbers?

If it is not on the neck its prob an aftermarket %26quot; custom %26quot; frame that is not a Harley

Do you have a pic of the frame i can tell who made -some of them-if just a part Harley could tell you
