first remove engine you will have to erect a gantry and use a block and tackle or chain falls to do this .all connections to engine. must be disconnected remove old mounts install new and reverse procedure,

This is details for engine removal. I would guess mounts can be changed without removal of engine. You might try the service manager at ford dealer if engine removal is required or not.

I believe you can change one at a time, with a jack to support the motor during the r%26amp;r procedure
