Yep... a 12 to 15 hour job for a mechanic who knows what he's doing, in a shop with all the right tools and parts available to do the swap. Oh, yes... And a shop rate cost of about $75.00 per hour.
For all that, you get a 16 year-old engine with questionable reliability and really lousy fuel mileage!
