How do I convert a 1985 Dodge truck from slant 6 to v8?

Do I have to change the crossmember or just the motor mounts to convert from a slant 6 to a 318?How do I convert a 1985 Dodge truck from slant 6 to v8?
you have to change everything on it to convert it over, you,ll also need a transmission for it,and a radiator and an exhaust system,i changed my 83 over and it cost me about 1000 bucks for everything needed to do it with,i went back with a 904 transmission in it,it was a standard shift, and later on you,ll probably want to switch out the gears in the rear differential in it,good luck. How do I convert a 1985 Dodge truck from slant 6 to v8?
